Here at Pure Organic CBD, we ship all orders through our couriers anywhere in Europe. We offer fast CBD shipping that is reliable. Each customer is provided a tracking number with details presented in English and Spanish. All CBD orders with a Spanish destination are shipped via GLS which is a partner of The Royal Mail Service.
Once an order is placed by a customer, 3 things happen:
We receive your order and package it quickly. You will get a courtesy email informing you that your order has been completed and is packed and ready for pick-up.
Your CBD is then picked up by a courier and a tracking number is created. This tracking number is sent to your personal email provided to us during the check out process.
Your order status can be tracked from this point on until it has reached you at the provided shipping address.
Local Pick-up is available for customers living near Javea, Spain.

We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 2 PM, Monday – Friday.
Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sundays and National holidays.
Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
Normal delivery time
We offer fast 2 to 3 day shipping for CBD in Spain and The UK. Orders in greater Europe usually arrive within 5 to 7 days. Due to COVID-19, some countries may process incoming mail at a slower rate. Check your tracking number provided after ordering to find out the status of your items.
What if I Need to Change my delivery address?
Please contact [email protected] to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend contacting our courier via tracking number to change the shipping address and re-route your order.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order.
How soon can Pure Organic CBD ship my order?
We provide fast CBD shipping in Spain and The UK. It is important to us that you to have your product quickly and with no stress. We understand that CBD is so important to users and we want there to be no doubts that your order will be correct and delivered fast.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day.
Orders placed AFTER 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at [email protected] to start a trace.
